
Today I'm sharing with you a picture of a beautiful toasted coconut cake which I had the pleasure of tasting last weekend. We were invited to a Labor Day celebration where all the guests were asked to bring a dish. There was one very talented guest who brought along several different desserts with the centerpiece being this cake pictured in today's blog. There were many wonderfully tasty ingredients in this cake including rum and coconut milk but the crowning glory was the way that she presented it, using palm fronds and bamboo to carry out the theme of her cake. We are only limited by our own imaginations!!!
